Let’s take a look at some examples of this approach in action from an exterior remodeling project we recently completed at Candlewood Village, a luxury condominium complex in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Protecting the Landscaping
During this commercial remodel, our project manager, Darrell, took the time to meet with the property’s landscaping manager to identify the sprinkler schedule system. Drying out the yards that we planned to be working on in the near future reduced the potential that we might leave ruts with our equipment.
We also used flags to mark the locations of sprinkler heads on the property to prevent any accidental damage to the system while we worked. We understand that some residents put a lot of effort into their landscaping and nothing can sour their experience more than crushed flowers as we pull out of the driveway.
Taking every reasonable precaution to protect the landscaping allows us to provide a better experience for our customers.
Paying Attention to the Little Details
Roofing is easy until it’s not. Addressing some of the more complicated pain points of the roofing process is where hiring an experienced company really starts to matter. During this Candlewood Village project, there was a complicated part of the roofing system that had leaked in the past. We took the time to do it right to ensure that it never leaks again.

As a company, we believe it’s important to invest in our own disposal services. In doing so, we can sort and recycle all of our tear-off materials, which reduces the overall environmental impact of what we do.
Having our own disposal services also allows us the flexibility to deliver and remove the dumpsters as needed. This offers another layer of efficiency, as we’re not reliant on another company’s schedule.
