Marty was exce.llent thought the process, and Adam and his crew were beyond professional when my cantankerous neighbors decided they had an opinion about my property. James is very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. He answered all of our questions concerning the roof installed by Semper Fi over ten years ago, giving good explanations and information.

Started the siding project a month early. Crew arrived each morning by 7 am and stayed until dark. Very respectful of property and did a clean up of yard at the end of each day. Ian, the PM, updated us at least 2 x daily with progress. Overall, very pleased with the job, love how the house looks now and would definitely recommend Semper Fi to others.

The repair to my barn roof was performed by Richard and his crew. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. From my initial contact with Sales Consultant Joel, to scheduling details, and the actual job, I was extremely satisfied. I recommend Semper Fi to anyone considering roofing or exterior projects.

SemperFi replaced our siding and trim in January fighting extremely cold temperatures and wind. While they were unable to work every day because of the weather, Matt kept me informed when work would continue. The crew was professional and friendly and they worked very long days to get the project completed. The results are beautiful. I would highly recommend SemperFi.

I meet with Jordan Steinberg a couple of days ago and was very impressed. After he inspected the house we talked about the options. He was knowledgeable about the materials and the process. He walked me through what to expect and the next steps. He was not pushy and was able to answer the questions that I had.

My roof replacement project with Semper Fi Roofing started with a thorough estimate appointment with Able and Sam. All of my questions unique to my roofing project were thoughtfully addressed by Able during the estimate appointment. The visit was efficient and covered all of my topics of concern. Once my roofing project was scheduled, my Project Manager Erik made communication his top priority. I was informed of the timeline for materials drop-off, dumpster delivery, and arrival time of his crew on project day. The crew worked efficiently and delivered a top-notch roof replacement job. Once the project was finished, Erik went through the checklist to ensure all components of the project were completed. I could not have asked for more. Finally, my final payment was processed by Angela, who efficiently provided me the closing documents for my project. They did a good job. Zack in sales, Jeremy in windows, and Ian in siding were professional and quite helpful with answering all my questions. Happy with the job done and will be having them replace a few more windows soon. communication was great thru out the whole process.

Great experience with SemperFi Roofing Great customer service and great work. Joe our sales man was very polite, knowledgeable and informative. He noticed things that myself and 4 other company’s sales men didn’t notice. He also gave me different options for ventilating the attic without replacing our soffit (Saving us money). Options the other companies didn’t suggest. Kelli and her roofing crew were also just as professional and hard working. They completely stripped and re-shingled our roof in one day (22 square Including replacing 2 skylights). The work was done very well and they left the yard cleaned up perfectly. We did have one issue with the availability of a specific color gutter for our detached garage. But Joe handled it without any problems. All phone calls, texts and emails were handled promptly and professionally. Again Great customer service! Highly recommend SemperFi To keep you safe warm and dry

Entire process went smoothly. Jason, our sales consultant, gave a thoughtful and pleasant estimate experience. Follow through with Angela kept us up to date with the schedule and expectations for our install. Any paperwork we requested for insurance purposes was available immediately. The job itself could not have gone any smoother, communication and updates were incredible. Randy was our project manager and follow up was outstanding. Our roofing and gutter guards were completed faster than we expected, cleanup was pristine, and we would highly recommend SemperFi!

Very happy with the work we had done by Semper Fi. Our salesman, Sam, was thorough with his quote and kept us informed on timeline of completion. We had chimney flashing done and a new large window. Highly recommend and will be my go to for future needs.

I cannot say enough, good things about Semper Fi and exteriors. Our roof ended up leaking and we called to see if they could come out and fix it. They were out the same day. Eventually, we had the roof completely replaced by them after a horrible storm. Sam from Semper Fi came over and helped walk us through the whole process. He is AMAZING! They also replaced our old windows because they leaked so bad. Their service is excellent as is their commitment to their customers. The military discipline and professionalism is evident. If I could give them 50 stars, I would!

I own one of the South Milwaukee homes hit by hail this spring. I first started working with a smaller contractor, but became uncomfortable and fired them. By the time I contacted Semper Fi my insurance claim was already approved so I can't speak to that aspect. However, I had decided to do siding and gutters as well, change up the color scheme. I'm so glad I decided to go with a larger company. It turns out, even though my existing roof was only a few years old, it was not properly decked. Also, there were two layers of siding, which I have learned is not uncommon. Both added some additional work and cost, but I have peace of mind knowing it was done right. The finished project looks great. I've already had several compliments. The crews were very professional, quick, and did a great job. Even their cleanup was great. So much better than when I hired a different A+ rated roofing company a few years back. I would absolutely hire again (and am already planning my next project knowing they do masonry as well).

Sam did a great job determining a solution to our gutter issues, provided a timely/fair quote, then Darius and his team did a great job with installation. The team was very proactive, clearly communicated changes along the way, the workmanship was top-notch, and very reasonable pricing. I'd definitely recommend their service, and will use them again in the future.
