I own one of the South Milwaukee homes hit by hail this spring. I first started working with a smaller contractor, but became uncomfortable and fired them. By the time I contacted Semper Fi my insurance claim was already approved so I can't speak to that aspect. However, I had decided to do siding and gutters as well, change up the color scheme. I'm so glad I decided to go with a larger company. It turns out, even though my existing roof was only a few years old, it was not properly decked. Also, there were two layers of siding, which I have learned is not uncommon. Both added some additional work and cost, but I have peace of mind knowing it was done right. The finished project looks great. I've already had several compliments. The crews were very professional, quick, and did a great job. Even their cleanup was great. So much better than when I hired a different A+ rated roofing company a few years back. I would absolutely hire again (and am already planning my next project knowing they do masonry as well).

From the initial sales consultation to the completion of the job, Semper Fi exceeded every expectation and provided an exceptional experience. The price, product quality, and attention to detail in the siding installation went beyond anything we could have imagined. The Project Manager, crew foreman, and entire crew were courteous, efficient, and professional. We wish we could give them 10 stars!

Sam did a great job determining a solution to our gutter issues, provided a timely/fair quote, then Darius and his team did a great job with installation. The team was very proactive, clearly communicated changes along the way, the workmanship was top-notch, and very reasonable pricing. I'd definitely recommend their service, and will use them again in the future.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. They were timely and worked hard while they were here. It took about three days to complete the work and I believe they went above and beyond what was contracted. They results are great. My chimney looks almost new and nothing was left for me to clean up. Great job gentleman! Thank you.

The crew from SemperFI were awesome. They showed up on time and got right to work at 6:30an. And it was old wet and dark out, didn't stop them. Had the tear off started and started the reducing and reshingling by 9:30. Had everything done complete by 1pm. The talked with the project manager Adam about was completed and sign all finishing paperwork. Then chatting with this young man for a but and found out he was a Army vet of 24 years. Thank you for your service Adam. I forgot to tell him that today. Over all I am very satisfied with the quality, and efficiency the whole crew conducted them selves while completing my new roof. Semper Fi was efficient with time & materials. They kept us informed from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better project manager. My roof looks fabulous!! We’re so happy with it. The fact that they use Vets makes it even better.

We are glad that we chose Semper Fi to complete our roofing and siding work. Our project managers Kelli and Matthew kept us informed about every step of the process. The work crews were hard working, talented and respectful. Neighbors commented on how the work updated our nearly 50 year old home.

All phases of our project were done very professionally. On site folks (Joe, Ted, Darrell and Matthew) were nice to work with and explained the project very well. We are very pleased with our entire project by Semper Fi. We had extensive work done, roof replacement, trim and soffits, gutters and siding. Looks like a new house! Adam and Ted were great to work with and meticulous about the work as well as were their crews. Materials offered met all our expectations. Cleanup afterwards was as complete as can be expected with everything looking like they were never here. Example of their concern for the job, when Adam did a materials check he found a small scratch on a roof box vent that I couldn't even see. He threw it aside and said " I'm not putting that on your roof I'm getting a new one" I didn't believe it but he went and got one. These guys are good! I'd recommend Semper Fi eight days a week. Thanks guys.

I used Semper Fi Roofing and Exteriors to do a complete re-deck and roof replacement on my house in Watertown. WI. My experience with Semper Fi started with a strong recommendation from a family member who had them replace their roof a year ago. They were very pleased with the job Semper Fi did for them. I called Semper Fi for an estimate. The estimate was very thorough and I had many options explained to me. After I agreed to the work, the (two-day) re-decking and roofing job started on time and was completed on time. They did an excellent job of communicated with me during the entire process. They did a great job on my house and I am very pleased with their work. I was also very impressed by the way they kept the jobsite clean and orderly during the project. After they finished work on the first day, they completely cleaned everything up and my yard and driveway were spottles without any tools or materials left laying around even though they would be working again early the next morning. This REALLY impressed me. The employees were polite and professional. The jobsite supervisor, Erik P., did a wonderful job of keeping me informed of the project's progress. I could also tell he had a great working relationship with his crew. Semper Fi Roofing and Exteriors is a top-notch outfit and I HIGHLY recommend them! Great Job and Thank You!!!

My Experience with Darrell and the team was excellent. They were timely, helpful, professional and approachable. Their commitment to their jobs and work ethics are superior.

The window installation crew and PM team were great. The windows look good inside and outside, and the oak stain of the window matches my inside trim really well. It didn't even take 5 days to demo and install 22 windows, including the exterior trim and clean-up, which is a win for me.

They definitely "walk the talk"! They honored thier warranty without any hesitation because representatives Matt and Brad championed our concerns and the entire company was respectful and provide excellent craftsmanship. We are proud to be associated with them and would strongly recommend them.

We decided to do a complete exterior renovation to include a roof, siding, soffits, and gutters. The whole process from sales, design, financing scheduling and of course the job went easy, fast and flawless. Mark, Todd, Kelli, and Ian did great jobs from start to finish and took pride in the job they did. The crews were fast clean and professional as well. Semper Fi did the siding on our house and did an excellent job. Everything neat and clean after the job. There were a couple of add ins because of issues with the old siding but everything was dealt with fairly and at a very reasonable price. Would certainly recommend to anyone who needs this kind of work done.
