Troy and Chris were very thorough. They showed me exactly what was going on with my roof and even though I was freaking out about the cost they worked out a plan for me to afford it! So I’m editing my review now that the work was done . I’m dissatisfied because what we discussed Troy, Chris and I was not done. They didn’t do a proper cleanup they reused my old soffit. I have no vents on my roof which when we discussed that was a major problem and the biggest thing is they left a rotten board one that I specifically asked to be replaced and Chris said no problem. Didn’t ask them to paint it or anything just replace the board that’s it came home and the woodpecker board was still there. I’ve reached out to this company several times to make this right and got one phone Call back when I was at work and could not answer and left a message asking if I had questions. No, I don’t have questions. I have a complaint and I want you to come and fix it all the money I’m paying it shouldn’t even be an issue.! I could’ve hired a different company. I could’ve paid less money. The reason I went with them is because of what they said they were going to do and when I come home and then those things are not done I tend to be upset. Even the guys that came to do, the gutters said they would be upset too! Nobody contacted me throughout the whole job. Nobody was here when I got home to go over anything.. nobody asked me about the machine to pick up nails and how many times I wanted it ran. Before I left for work, I Tried to talk to the guys that were going to do the job and they didn’t speak any English. I think the only thing that was true was yeah they got it done in one day. I suppose if I don’t hear from them, I’m gonna have to go to their place of business in person. maybe then I can get some answers to why I was lied to
