Cole G. was the inspector who came out to our home (on one of the hottest days of the year). He was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took his time to go over the educational materials so we could consider numerous aspects of the process before making a decision. Cole’s ability to communicate with clarity was outstanding. He was able to promptly create a personalized quote after uploading and explaining the many photos he had taken of our property. The entire process was completed within a two hour time frame. He represented his company very well.
