Semper Fi came out to quote my senior citizen parents home to quote for a roof. They were thrilled with the no pressure tactics and were able to get back to them quickly (with the quote) as it was not a standard asphalt shingle. The only reason Im writing this is upon looking up the company, I noticed that they have been in business for 20+ years without many reviews and the two negatives are dramatically hurting the score. I would highly recommend.

This entire remodeling process was as seamless and painless as it gets. The work-crew showed up (weather permitting) and worked until from first to last light. They were cheerful, polite, and respectful. Our project manager Matthew was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. If a house-owner has a a roofing/siding project we recommend Semper Fi 100%.

Semper Fi, project manor Randy and his crew were extremely professional. They completed the roof of our large two story home in approximately 5 hours. Took precautions to protect the home from roof debris. They left the site spotless upon completion. Amazing job.

4 Companies said they could do my inner city (tight quarters) 2 story house. Only one, Semper Fi Roofing and Exteriors followed through with excellence ALL the way to the end - installation. From our initial contact with Sam Stulo to internal customer service with Megan Wierman everything was handled with excellence and high level communication. The installers did a remarkable job removing, installing and clean up. We returned to our home to find A Job Well Done - everything done exactly as we had asked. Call them if you want it done Fast, Right, Cost Effective and Hassle Free.

The team did a great job from start to finish. Was able to quickly flex when we found some unexpected circumstances and got the job done in just a few days. This is our second job with them and we have been pleased both times!

Would like to give a big 5 Star shout out to Semper Fi Roofing and Exteriors. After interviewing and getting quotes from numerous contractors in the area, we chose to go with Semper Fi for multiple projects are our home. While they did not have the lowest quote, they could do it all and their sales staff was very responsive and was able to demonstrate why their quotes were a bit higher than others. Simply put, the difference was in the quality of the work done, the professionalism of their staff, and the attention to detail provided. The house is a 1937 Lannon Stone farmhouse that needed a lot of work. Semper Fi did all of the tuck pointing on the Lannon Stone, replaced the roof on the house, and replaced the siding, roof, doors and windows on our garage. Each crew showed up on time, were very friendly, took their time answering our questions and explaining what they were doing. The project managers were always responsive and available to answer any questions, address issues as they came up, and handle any change requests we made as the work progressed. In today's world, it's rare to find a company that is truthful in their quotes, does quality work, and puts the customer first, Semper Fi is an exception to the rule today. If you have projects you're considering at your home, I encourage you to include Semper Fi as one of the companies to get a quote from. Count me as a 100% satisfied customer who will use Semper Fi again in the future.

I had a great experience with Semper Fi and will both be using them in the future and recommend them to others. We had windows and siding done and are incredibly impressed by both the speed and workmanship. The salesman Joe was knowledgeable and represented the business well. However the true heroes of the project were Brad and Ian. They went above and beyond to solve the issues that arose with our older home. A well deserved 5 stars.

5 Star - Highly Recommend Semper Fi Roofing & Exteriors! We used Semper Fi for our exterior repair projects- Lannon Stone masonry tuck pointing and replacement stones, Garage and Home roof replacement, Garage siding, windows, door, and gutters, as well as cedar siding repairs and replacement boards on our house. It was great working with one contractors- the level of workmanship and respect for our home was truly beyond our expectations. Excellent communication from all involved in our projects, Sales, Customer Service, Scheduling, and the Project Managers assigned to each project were stellar. We could not he happier with the outcome- our home looks amazing! But most importantly we know that all our previous issues with our 1937 home are now fixed properly. We would 100% recommend Semper Fi, they are not only a company that is easy to work with but, also trustworthy and reliable.

Hail damage destroyed a lot of roofs in Oconomowoc in 2022. Despite being CRAZY busy replacing roofs, siding, etc, in 2022 and 2023, everyone at Semper Fi was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and great communicators. Their teamwork was seamless. Additionally, I especially appreciated Semper Fi's quote and hover report in dealing with my insurance company as the adjuster missed several squares of shingles and a siding section (saving me time/calls/frustration!). They were a HUGE help in what could have been a protracted negotiation with the insurance company. Semper Fi/Joe gave me a thorough quote with more than enough information to make an informed decision. Shout outs to Joe, Dean, Jake, Brian, and their crews for superior service! An extra thank you to Brian for finding hidden problems on one side of the house during siding replacement (by the original builder - really sloppy. Sigh.). Brian took pictures and emailed them to me, met me on site to explain, and kindly/calmly made the unexpected repairs without any complaint - even though it must have put his crew behind. Payments were easily made online. Note: their cleanup was exceptional!! I talked with several neighbors after their roof replacements and none were as pleased with their roofing companies; in fact, two neighbors had major issues with their roofing company choices (a local company). I would hire Semper Fi again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend them. They are exceptional, from beginning to end.

After shopping around, and I say that euphemistically as Semper Fi was the only company of the 4 we contacted to reply, and after speaking with our neighbor who just had their roof done, we chose this company. "On Time", they said someone would be out at a specific time and they were. "Responsive", every question and concern was addressed clearly, to our understanding and satisfaction. "Professional", to the letter. From the office staff (Megan, Jessica and Angela), sales (Sam) and job coordinator (Adam) they are as they say, "Squared away". We had our doubts. A company using a moniker of The United States Marine Corps, an organization near and dear to our hearts is mighty bold. However, after working with this company we found them to be faithful to their word. “Good Value and Quality”, only time will tell.
