Connor came out today to give us an estimate on redoing the front half of our roof where we have water leaking. Semper Fi is great! I developed a skylight leak 2 years after my new roof was installed. Ryne came out, and did a great job resealing the area. Courteous, professional, a pleasure to work with. That seems to be the norm for everyone working there.

Ryan listened to my concerns and description of the leak from around the chimney down into my basement. He performed a thorough inspection of the roof they had installed 6 years ago. He then completed a fix to the likely culprit and took preventative measures to other areas of the roof to ensure it was in peak condition for the winter ahead. And all at no cost to me. I definitely felt he took my concerns seriously.

Ryne L. arrived earlier than anticipated. He was very polite and attentive to what I explained we needed fixed. Although only corner seams on the house actually needed attention, I asked if he could give me a synopsis on the efficiency of the gutter guards after one year. He took pictures of his repairs as well as photos showing the lack of debris build up. Not only did he do a complete inspection of our house, he also checked our detached garage. He then reported back with photos of everything for me to see. Warranty work with a smile. Very pleased.
