SemperFi so far was a great experience. Still waiting for our gutter install but the roof production crew was great. Today my experience was awesome they cleaned up super well. I watched the progress from my ring camera and I seen them tear off the roof quick and by 9am they were beginning to set shingles. I entrusted them with my roof as I was at work so to witness them working hard all day it was great. Evan introduced himself to me in a timely fashion of the project, James the dumpster crew kept me updated on when the trailer will be dropped off and when he will pick it up. Manuel was great as well he kept me updated throughout the day and explained my roofing process, let me know fun facts about my roof etc. Leslie and Tory both called me to confirm my project details before they were delivered and scheduled my roofing project. It was quick service inspection was on Saturday and Monday morning I got a call to verify the material list on what was agreed upon and Tuesday I got scheduled and Wednesday I had a new roof it was great! Honestly they might've called me Monday afternoon to schedule my install right away. I'm impressed. I'd definitely recommend them again if I hear anyone needs a new roof.

Tarek was great! He took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and attic area of the house, answered every question I had, and explained his company’s, policies, procedures, and materials In a very clear, concise way.

Everything was fine, I enjoy the color of my shingles, the clean up was excellent nothing is perfect but everything was excellent. They did their best and that's what I expected. Tory & Leslie were very prompt courteous and got me on the schedule as soon as possible. Manuel and Evan I found very knowledgeable about what they were doing with my roof. Thank you SemperFi I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Ryan was on time and able to quickly address our concern and questions. He was able to show us pictures of the work he was doing on the roof and he was able to resolve our issue.
