Emerson truly went above and beyond throughout our roof installation process. His inspection was incredibly thorough, and he presented everything in a clear, concise, and easy-to-understand way. Out of all the companies we consulted, he was the only one who genuinely took our concerns about attic ventilation seriously, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward.The entire crew was highly professional and did an excellent job from start to finish. Communication was outstanding at every stage—from the initial inspection, to coordinating the dumpster delivery, the installation to the final cleanup. Tareck came out and performed a very thorough inspection for a patch job. Later, he shared photos and videos of what he found and answered our questions thoroughly. While, this time, we are choosing to go with a cheaper quote, we will certainly remember Semper Fi when it’s time for a full replacement. So very impressed with the time spent on the free inspection!

Austin and Teddy were extremely thorough and thoughtful providing a quote for a new roof. They spent significant time understanding what we are looking for in a company for our upcoming project. They raised considerations we had not thought of, they brainstormed on how to best approach our job and were open to making this the best experience possible. We greatly appreciate the time and care they gave us!

Ryan explained the work he was going to do, listened to concerns that I had. When finished, he showed the repairs he had made to the roof. He was polite, and I felt he wanted to be sure I was satisfied with the work that was done - and I was.

We called and Sabrina came out the next day to give our roof a look. She’s a superstar - she gave our roof and attic an initial inspection and went over costs and the steps the team would do to mitigate the issue. Thank you Sabrina!

Teddy and Victor were very helpful and broke everything down so we could understand what exactly needs to be done. They were also very nice and answered all questions we had. They also worked very thoroughly and gave us exactly what was going on efficiently and specifically! Both gentlemen are very personable. They did everything we asked, didn’t add or take away anything that needed to be done, and gave us numbers same day! I give Teddy and Victor a 100/10. Thanks for all the help and assistance!

The whole experience with Semper Fi has been fantastic. From Emerson's incredibly thorough evaluation of our roof and assistance with choosing color and his assistance with the cleanup afterword, and the entire installation process. Everything about my experience was excellent. The roof was completed in just one day, which was impressive. During my final walkthrough, I pointed out a couple small areas that needed attention, and the crew took care of them right away without any hesitation. A special thank you to Evan, Oscar, Manuel, Leslie, and Tory for making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Leslie and Tory were great when it came to scheduling the roof re-install; they got me on the schedule and were able to send a crew to start the work soon after the initial inspection.Crew were very professional. The crew leaders who were point of contact, Evan and Oscar, were polite and able to walk me through the process and were up front about any additional costs/work, and also giving updates on the project. The other crew leaders Eva and Manny were excellent as well, doing a quick one-day install, great quality, and they did a wonderful job with the clean up.I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to get roof work done in a timely, quality fashion

Emerson was amazing! His presentation was the most professional one I had. He is extremely personal. He explained the whole process. From the types of materials that they use to each step in the roofing process. I learned a tremendous amount from him. It was quick. The crew was very polite and I'm happy with everything and they learned explained everything. Showed me multiple photos of what they did and they thanked me. Leslie helped schedule my job with my schedule. Eloy was great as a crew leader. I appreciated Evan and Manuel both contacting me about my project the decking on my roof.

The crew was very thorough and very good at communicating throughout the process. The clean up was very well. The crew used good protection around my home. Connor was very good as my sales rep. Getting my roof scheduled was very quick about a week. Leslie gave me a call to help me fit the project into my schedule. Don and Austin have been great walking us through our roof inspection for our roof replacement project. Connor was fantastic with his inspection. He was very professional, took great quality photos and videos. Explained in great detail of what was all ready expected with my roof. He didn't sugar coat the sales pitch and also didn't over sell it. Showed the material that will be being used for all packages in Greta detail. Explained quite well with the whole process of having me being involved from the beginning of tear down to completed roof. I had Semper Fi come give me an estimate for my roof. They got me scheduled very quickly and were willing to come out after my work hours so I didn’t have to take off. Jay arrived right at the start of my appointment window, and was very thorough. He took the time to explain the entire process of what the project would look like if I went with Semper Fi. I really appreciate the time he took to explain the business's values, and why they use the materials they do. I started with absolutely no knowledge about roofs but Jay made me feel like I’m far more capable to now make an informed decision.

The issue was water seepage due to an ice dam . Ryne was knowledgeable and experienced as well as courteous. I’m confident the issue is solved . We’ll see what happens next winter .

Had issues with my roof and called Semper Fi roofing. Sabrina Kempen came to review our concerns. From the time of her arrival she was completely informed and demonstrated knowledge of her position. On review of roof Sabrina provided at complete overview of her findings articulating her findings in a very understandable manner.The complete experience with Sabrina was nothing short of amazing. Jay did a great job checking out the damage caused by a tree falling on the house from a storm and informing us on what needs to be done to fix it!

Gabriel was about as nice and as thorough as you can be. He answered all of our questions in great detail. My wife and I didn’t feel like we were left in the dark.
