My roof replacement project with Semper Fi Roofing started with a thorough estimate appointment with Able and Sam. All of my questions unique to my roofing project were thoughtfully addressed by Able during the estimate appointment. The visit was efficient and covered all of my topics of concern. Once my roofing project was scheduled, my Project Manager Erik made communication his top priority. I was informed of the timeline for materials drop-off, dumpster delivery, and arrival time of his crew on project day. The crew worked efficiently and delivered a top-notch roof replacement job. Once the project was finished, Erik went through the checklist to ensure all components of the project were completed. I could not have asked for more. Finally, my final payment was processed by Angela, who efficiently provided me the closing documents for my project. They did a good job. Zack in sales, Jeremy in windows, and Ian in siding were professional and quite helpful with answering all my questions. Happy with the job done and will be having them replace a few more windows soon. communication was great thru out the whole process.

Great experience with SemperFi Roofing Great customer service and great work. Joe our sales man was very polite, knowledgeable and informative. He noticed things that myself and 4 other company’s sales men didn’t notice. He also gave me different options for ventilating the attic without replacing our soffit (Saving us money). Options the other companies didn’t suggest. Kelli and her roofing crew were also just as professional and hard working. They completely stripped and re-shingled our roof in one day (22 square Including replacing 2 skylights). The work was done very well and they left the yard cleaned up perfectly. We did have one issue with the availability of a specific color gutter for our detached garage. But Joe handled it without any problems. I had nothing but great experience with simplify. From my initial experience when calling to make an appointment, to Matt who came to give me the estimate and very thorough education about not only my gutters but also the condition of my roof, To the prompt communication when there was a change to my installation day, and great workmanship done on the day of installation. I really appreciate all the hard work your team does and the professionalism of the entire team.

Entire process went smoothly. Jason, our sales consultant, gave a thoughtful and pleasant estimate experience. Follow through with Angela kept us up to date with the schedule and expectations for our install. Any paperwork we requested for insurance purposes was available immediately. The job itself could not have gone any smoother, communication and updates were incredible. Randy was our project manager and follow up was outstanding. Our roofing and gutter guards were completed faster than we expected, cleanup was pristine, and we would highly recommend SemperFi!

I cannot say enough, good things about Semper Fi and exteriors. Our roof ended up leaking and we called to see if they could come out and fix it. They were out the same day. Eventually, we had the roof completely replaced by them after a horrible storm. Sam from Semper Fi came over and helped walk us through the whole process. He is AMAZING! They also replaced our old windows because they leaked so bad. Their service is excellent as is their commitment to their customers. The military discipline and professionalism is evident. If I could give them 50 stars, I would!

I own one of the South Milwaukee homes hit by hail this spring. I first started working with a smaller contractor, but became uncomfortable and fired them. By the time I contacted Semper Fi my insurance claim was already approved so I can't speak to that aspect. However, I had decided to do siding and gutters as well, change up the color scheme. I'm so glad I decided to go with a larger company. It turns out, even though my existing roof was only a few years old, it was not properly decked. Also, there were two layers of siding, which I have learned is not uncommon. Both added some additional work and cost, but I have peace of mind knowing it was done right. The finished project looks great. I've already had several compliments. The crews were very professional, quick, and did a great job. Even their cleanup was great. So much better than when I hired a different A+ rated roofing company a few years back. I would absolutely hire again (and am already planning my next project knowing they do masonry as well).

Sam did a great job determining a solution to our gutter issues, provided a timely/fair quote, then Darius and his team did a great job with installation. The team was very proactive, clearly communicated changes along the way, the workmanship was top-notch, and very reasonable pricing. I'd definitely recommend their service, and will use them again in the future.

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. They were timely and worked hard while they were here. It took about three days to complete the work and I believe they went above and beyond what was contracted. They results are great. My chimney looks almost new and nothing was left for me to clean up. Great job gentleman! Thank you.

The crew from SemperFI were awesome. They showed up on time and got right to work at 6:30an. And it was old wet and dark out, didn't stop them. Had the tear off started and started the reducing and reshingling by 9:30. Had everything done complete by 1pm. The talked with the project manager Adam about was completed and sign all finishing paperwork. Then chatting with this young man for a but and found out he was a Army vet of 24 years. Thank you for your service Adam. I forgot to tell him that today. Over all I am very satisfied with the quality, and efficiency the whole crew conducted them selves while completing my new roof. Semper Fi was efficient with time & materials. They kept us informed from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better project manager. My roof looks fabulous!! We’re so happy with it. The fact that they use Vets makes it even better.

All phases of our project were done very professionally. On site folks (Joe, Ted, Darrell and Matthew) were nice to work with and explained the project very well. We had hail damage so our roof, west side siding and all gutters / downspouts were replaced. If you want a job well done, hire SemperFi.
