SemperFi so far was a great experience. Still waiting for our gutter install but the roof production crew was great. The external part of the property was protected and plants around my home were protected left like new.everyone I've dealt with from SemperFi, Manuel, Evan, I spoke with Tory to confirm my roofing details and Leslie helped answer some billing questions. Austin & Gabe came out to give us an estimate for a roof replacement. Excellent guys - Very personable & a pleasure to work with! Explained the parts & the whole process well. Highly recommend them both & Semper Fi as a whole!

Everything was fine, I enjoy the color of my shingles, the clean up was excellent nothing is perfect but everything was excellent. They did their best and that's what I expected. Tory & Leslie were very prompt courteous and got me on the schedule as soon as possible. Manuel and Evan I found very knowledgeable about what they were doing with my roof. Thank you SemperFi I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Today my experience was awesome they cleaned up super well. I watched the progress from my ring camera and I seen them tear off the roof quick and by 9am they were beginning to set shingles. I entrusted them with my roof as I was at work so to witness them working hard all day it was great. Evan introduced himself to me in a timely fashion of the project, James the dumpster crew kept me updated on when the trailer will be dropped off and when he will pick it up. Manuel was great as well he kept me updated throughout the day and explained my roofing process, let me know fun facts about my roof etc. Leslie and Tory both called me to confirm my project details before they were delivered and scheduled my roofing project. It was quick service inspection was on Saturday and Monday morning I got a call to verify the material list on what was agreed upon and Tuesday I got scheduled and Wednesday I had a new roof it was great! Honestly they might've called me Monday afternoon to schedule my install right away. I'm impressed. I'd definitely recommend them again if I hear anyone needs a new roof.

Tarek was great! He took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and attic area of the house, answered every question I had, and explained his company’s, policies, procedures, and materials In a very clear, concise way.

SemperFi was my first roofing company for 25 years. Back then we didn’t use catch all tarps and I truly appreciated it. SemperFi, Evan, Manuel, Eloy we’re all great. Leslie was someone I spoke with the first time I signed and she sent paperwork to me very promptly, and Tory when she couldn’t get a hold of my left me a voicemail and helped me schedule my roofing project. The crew was great they cleaned up very well and worked hard

Workmanship was excellent and do in a timely. Workers were efficient and conscientious and thorough in spite of having to work in the heat and inclement weather. Initial issues with insurance were dealt with by Pete quickly and have been resolved. While their bid was the highest of 3, the quality and attention to detail as well as correcting previously existing issues made it well worth the cost.

The crew Jetsai was great and efficient. I can’t even tell that they were here. I spoke with Leslie and planned the scheduling with me. Evan as my project manager was great and Manuel called me after my project was completed to make sure I was content with my job.

Ryan was on time and able to quickly address our concern and questions. He was able to show us pictures of the work he was doing on the roof and he was able to resolve our issue.

Tyler and Emerson were on time. Courteous and professional throughout our meeting. Informative and allowed time for questions. Knowledgeable about the business and able to explain their services. I appreciated that they took videos of the inspection with a discussion that followed about their findings and recommendations.

Worked with Semperfi and they did a great job on my roof! The ladies in the office Leslie and Tory answered my questions. Manny and Evan came on site and made sure the work was done right! Happy with thr crew and the work!

Very good experience. Kameron explained everything nicely. Evan and Manuel my managers of the project made sure my roof was installed properly with deck air. Leslie,Tory, and Angie helped me process paperwork. And pete the general manager got in contact with me and helped me get a great value for my roof. SemperFi Knows the product well. If you need roof repair/replacement make only ONE call. Semper Fi Roofing just replaced my roof. From start to the last shingle they were nothing but polite, professional, efficient and precise. From the first calls to Tori and Leslie in the office, crew chief Raul attending to every detail, Manuel's help and Evans care and follow up my experience was a 10 out of 10. Home owner for 45 years, this was the first time l felt completely at ease with a service company. No surprises, just a smooth transaction from step one to completion. And ,after a very thorough cleanup they showed up the next morning to double check the cleanup. Who does that these days ? Do not hesitate to call Semper Fi. They are absolute pros. Evan was a great experience he came out showed me shingle colors and fixed my roof the proper way installing some intake. I think everything was good company wise the general manager Pete helping me settle a good price. Manuel and Evan both reached out and made sure the progress was going well for our project they made sure I was happy with the protection of my home and the color of shingles being installed and the sun tubes being protected

Austin reviewed our property and was extremely thorough. He explained all the options Semper Fi uses to give us a new roof. Our current roof is 20+ years old. He answered all of our questions and was very polite and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure meeting with him. Awesome company!

Evan answered all my questions and returned all my calls. Leslie did the scheduling and was very accomodating. Jetsai was a good crew leader and I would also like to mention Manuel.

Those guys Jetsai and Fortunato were absolutely awesome. I have confidence in this repair but I’ll be keeping a close eye on this. Evan was a very articulate young man, and I’ve been enjoying SemperFi since day 1.

The crew was very efficient cleaned up, the crew leader Eva/Oscar and managers Evan& Manny were very communicative throughout the day. The quality of the work was very professional.

A company needs to make sure that they are going to give it their all when using "SemperFi" as part of your company name. Semper Fidelis is a motto that Marines use, meaning "Always Faithful". Thankfully, they did just that and lived up to the motto. Each person on their team has a mast amount of knowledge to bring to their customers in regards to what they are providing. Communication is excellent from start, during, and to finish. Gabe and Connor provided much insight and really took the time needed to assess my roof, explain the issues and come up with a game plan and price to fix it. Their turnaround for scheduling was phenomenal. Leslie, Angie, and Tory made that happen within less than a week from when my roof was first assessed. The day of my roof installation, things could not have been better, smooth sailing. Thank you to Evan, Manuel, and Jolman's crew. They were able to install a whole new roof, add insulation, clean gutters, and more all within a day. They make sure to also honor our Veterans with a discount as well. I couldn't recommend this Veteran Owned Company more.

I was able to get on the roof myself and I noticed that SemperFi did a really fine job on our home. Overall, it was more than what we had asked for! This is a big weight off our shoulders, knowing that we are covered in more ways than one. Evan and Manny did a good job communicating with us. There are not enough positive words to describe how awesome it was! Woke up the next day and was happy with how beautiful our roof looked. Tory, Leslie, and Angie did a great job. The experience from start to finish including how quickly they responded with a quote. Liked how quickly conner and teddy. The follow through was amazing. Everyone that we talked too, including Tory, Leslie, and Angie were really pleasant to work with. The crew and Manny were amazing well. They worked really hard, and i was a quick process. To do all that in one day, was very impressive! It was almost as good as the 5 star cookies we baked for the crew!

Everything was great, the crew located our leak near a skylight, replaced all the wood surrounding it, connected our bathroom vents with the right tubes and our new skylight has blinds that open and close! It looks great. The dumpster was picked up the same day so I was able to go about my business per normal. Jetsai was our crewl leader and he took good care of our home while here. Throughout the day both Evan and Manuel called to speak with me about our roof replacement and update me on what’s going on. Overall I would recommend SemperFi to my colleagues in the future!

l appreciate Connor and Dan coming out to patch some holes a raccoon had created in our attic! We thought The ladies in the office were great for helping schedule our roof replacement with our schedule And the roofing managers Evan & Manuel for coming out and keeping us updated throughout the day. The clean up was great and the crew helped trim our invasive tree from damaging our roof in the future. Thank you SemperFi!

I live down the street from SemperFi and have had family and friends that went with them before. I just want to say that I am absolutely impressed and happy with my choice. From the start of the process I worked with Tory in intake, who helped answer a lot of my questions, to Leslie who was very pleasant to talk to. Manny and Evan were managing the job all day and I was very impressed with all the explaining they did throughout the day. The crew works incredibly hard and I’m very pleased with their work and cleanup. I would definitely recommend their company. Manny kept following up with me which really helped me feel confident about what was going on . Raul the crew leader was there all day and kept me in the loop. We had a great experience today with SemperFi. Our salesman Tarek was enjoyable to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Tarek and Alex did a great job with their presentation and we are looking forward to getting our new roof.
