Hi Everyone, I recently had Semper Fi contractors do a bunch of exterior work on my home. Windows were replaced with Pro Via new ones, Gutters were also replaced with 5 " gutters and guards , as well as soffit and fascia replacement where needed and covered with aluminium .Windows were also covered with aluminium trim and complemented with Lp smartside siding.All in all my Home looks brand new. Now a well deserved Thank you to Marty Sievert, my designer and salesman.Marty has excellent ideas and a flair for mixing colors and textures so they complement each other. Everyone I encountered at Semper Fi was pleasant, knowledgeable, and would go out of their way to to answer questions or give me good advice .Thank you to everyone for all their hard work, and dedication. Thank you Semper Fi !

Zachary Weibye Was awesome. He looked over my roof and Explained everything that was needed. He also thoroughly checked my gutters Is for any improvements needed. I would highly recommend this company.

Had Semper Fi out recently to wrap wood soffit and fascia with aluminum in my 2 story home. Jason, the sales guy, was very responsive and answered all my questions. Project manager Ian was the same and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the job. Install was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up when they were done.

Had my roof replaced this morning, what a company. Randy was so helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend this company for a fast and quality job. Thanks Randy!!!

Very happy, James is very friendly and nice!! He went out of way and installed roof gutter guards for me though it was not part of roof warranty.

Jordan did a great job presenting and explaining the window features and replacement process. The pricing is also very competitive and SemperFi can do any other exterior work that we may need.

It wasn’t the first time we used Semper Fi and won’t be the last. Exceptional work, on time, and on budget. Matt and his crew did a fantastic job, even trying to deal with the winter weather. Being a nonprofit organization, and finding funding can be difficult, but Matt and Semper Fi made the process affordable and easy, and went above and beyond helping us stay within budget.

Austin came to give me a quote for a new roof and chimney repair. My appointment time was 1 hour. Austin too the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and provide a quote on the spot. Not only did he complete the above but he spent an additional hour and a half reviewing everything with me. Making sure that the information was clear and that I understood all of my opinions. I am grateful for finding an honest company. Thank you!

Outstanding job. Neat, clean, and very professional. Randy and the roofing crew performed above and beyond our expectations. The roofing project was explained, in detail, before starting and again upon completion. Safety of the workers was priority 1 ... proper ladder usage, harnesses, tie-offs, and PPE all in use. Protection measures for our windows, siding, and landscaping were taken into consideration. Then there was a VERY thorough clean-up to finish a job well done. Thank you to Randy & the Crew for all the hard work and a shout out to Jordan, our patient sales rep... much appreciated.

Very good experience with Semper Fi. With any job you can run into unexpected difficulties or small things that need to be addressed. Semper Fi’s project manager’s worked together to take care of those issues. Randy S. , Darrell S. , and Andreaus. They are often on the roof, to make sure of a quality installation by their crews. He was very thorough and informative, and spent the time to explain their process and different materials available for our project. Received quote from Martin Sievert at Semper Fi and I was very impressed. He took the time to ask questions about our project and then gave a timely quote. Martin was very professional and I never felt like there was a shady sales pitch coming, great job Martin!

We have been working with our salesman Kameron for the past 2 weeks. We are very excited to see the job all done. We have made some adjustments to our original plan and without hesitation Kameron has helped us every step of the way. If he didn’t have an answer right away, there was a follow up the next day. His communication and follow through has been excellent. Hands down a great company to work with.

After the June hail storm in Oconomowoc, I contacted Semper Fi. Our roof, siding gutters and facia were badly damaged. They were prompt in getting over to evaluate the damage and were with us every step of the way. They made sure they were here when the insurance company sent over their adjuster. They had a great selection of quality materials to choose from. There was a backlog on siding which was industry wide. Communications were good with emails and status updates as we waited. Once our siding came in, supplies were delivered and crews promptly began the work. All the crews that came were skilled, professional and courteous. I feel they went above and beyond and the end result was a beautiful transformation of our home. Serving in the US Marine Corps myself, I felt this veteran owned company was a solid choice and shared my values and beliefs. Throughout the project, I met several veterans that work for Semper Fi and they were all really great to meet and work with. Thank you to everyone at Semper Fi. Update 2 years later and there are still issues that they repeatedly say they would come and fix and never show up. They even scheduled a day at one point and never showed or even called. Concerning being as they brag about warranty type work, but if they never show or drag stuff out this long, who knows how good their warranty really is when you actually need them.

Our work with Jordan Steinberg to explore our options, financing and get us to the scheduling stage has been so easy. He has been very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating of our schedules and he has a pleasant, joyful personality. We look forward to continuing our work with Jordan and Semper Fi.

My wife and I were in the market for new exterior doors for our home. Joe Bialkowski from Semper Fi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as part of our search. We asked a TON of questions, and he answered all of them in great detail. From efficiency ratings to the benefits of real wood vs. a composite that looks like wood, we learned a lot and made a better purchase because of the time Joe spent with us.

James is very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. He answered all of our questions concerning the roof installed by Semper Fi over ten years ago, giving good explanations and information.

James came over in short notice. He was very helpful and professional.

Started the siding project a month early. Crew arrived each morning by 7 am and stayed until dark. Very respectful of property and did a clean up of yard at the end of each day. Ian, the PM, updated us at least 2 x daily with progress. Overall, very pleased with the job, love how the house looks now and would definitely recommend Semper Fi to others.
