Connor came out today to give us an estimate on redoing the front half of our roof where we have water leaking. (Back half redone with remodel a few years ago with Semper Fi) Very knowledgeable in what we needed & friendly. Would recommend him & Semper Fi to anyone looking for a new roof. Thanks Connor!

Great experience with our inspection and quote on replacing our roof!

Semper Fi is great! I developed a skylight leak 2 years after my new roof was installed. Ryne came out, and did a great job resealing the area. Courteous, professional, a pleasure to work with. That seems to be the norm for everyone working there.

Luis and his crew were very professional. The outbuildings look great. They worked very hard.

Ryan listened to my concerns and description of the leak from around the chimney down into my basement. He performed a thorough inspection of the roof they had installed 6 years ago. He then completed a fix to the likely culprit and took preventative measures to other areas of the roof to ensure it was in peak condition for the winter ahead. And all at no cost to me. I definitely felt he took my concerns seriously.

Ryne L. arrived earlier than anticipated. He was very polite and attentive to what I explained we needed fixed. Although only corner seams on the house actually needed attention, I asked if he could give me a synopsis on the efficiency of the gutter guards after one year. He took pictures of his repairs as well as photos showing the lack of debris build up. Not only did he do a complete inspection of our house, he also checked our detached garage. He then reported back with photos of everything for me to see. Warranty work with a smile. Very pleased.

Tyler and Connor went above and beyond at informing us about the issues that they found! They even got up into a small attic space to take a closer look at the problems. Overall great experience

Job was done in one day. No additional charges for the work that was done I was updated at the end of the day and the area was cleaned up after they were done. Luis & Crew were phenomenal.

We look forward to having our homestead roof replaced by Semper Fi. Last year we replaced roof on our lake home and we were extremely satisfied with the entire experience! Quality employees and products! Today, we met with Austin Jens to plan our next roof replacement and he did an excellent job explaining how we can benefit from getting a new roof with Semper Fi!

Semper Fi sent us two impressive representatives (Connor and Joe) to inspect the roof of our house and garage and to recommend a new shingling system. The two did so in a very careful, detailed, and extraordinary fashion. They explained what they found and what they recommended clearly and carefully, engaging us in a dialog. The representatives of the other companies that we called for an estimate were not even close to this kind of personal care and precision. We dealt more with Connor in the days since, and found him to be a welcome visitor in our home and one who answered the various follow-up questions we had. The only suggestion we have for the broader Semper Fi company itself is that we would have welcomed from that entity a fuller and more formal document soon after our first meeting with Connor and Joe. At least one of the other companies who gave us an estimate on the job provided such a document right away after we met with their representative. Much of that, of course, was pre-prepared boilerplate to which their rep added customized information on the spot on his laptop while talking with us. But that allowed us to see right away in print what their rep had recommended. It detailed and narrated in one document more of the formal and legal aspects of our contract with that other company (e.g., dispute resolutions, permits, change orders, warranties and guarantees) along with the services they were going to provide, well before signing on the line. That, however, does not detract from the excellent job Connor had done with us. Semper Fi is lucky to have Connor and Joe among their representatives. We look forward to the work the company will be doing on our house in the near future.

The salesmen, Austin Jens, that met with me did a very extensive look at my roof and took videos of everything. He was polite and not pushy with me. He made sure that I understood what was wrong on my roof and why it needed to be fixed. Overall, he was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend him if you need your roof repaired. I would recommend him for a raise or promotion.

Gabriel and Tyler provided us with a roof inspection and new roof price estimate. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They took the time to talk through all of the options available, knew what would be the best option, and explained how the project would work from start to finish. They also provide information on how Semper Fi would support after the new roof was installed. I was very impressed with their knowledge and quality of service.

Teddy and Austin came and went through and explained my roof and gutters. They went above and beyond really happy with the service.

Teddy and Austin were awesome. They came here super friend and inviting. They got straight to the point. They did a thorough inspection and made sure they asked questions so they didn't forget anything. They made sure to ask about our needs and what we wanted and what we didn't want. We felt very comfortable. I definitely recommend these two. !!!

Sabrina, Donny and Teddy were excellent. Open, honest, very friendly and understanding of our situation. We wanted it done in summer but we had no choice to do it now. They didn’t cut corners and explained the whole process. Every roof needs ventilation and Semper Fi is the way to go.

Tyler from SemperFi roofing and exteriors presented what would be required to re-roof my home. After inspecting the current roof, it was identified that my shingles had definitely lost their life expectancy. Tyler was very careful to ensure that I understood the products and the installation process provided by SemperFi. Met with Emerson for a flat roof repair but due to the late request repairs had to wait till Spring. He was prompt and very knowledgeable , very interested in our concerns , viewed materials that would be used and what to do to prevent further damage. No payment at this time
